My husband and I were looking to buy back in 2005. Keke showed us a few places and was great then but we decided the market was not first time homebuyer friendly so we bought in another state and finally in 2008 decided it was time to buy in San Diego. We called Keke again and she showed us what I thought were all the listings in our price range in San Diego. She was never pushy and always helpful. We were a young couple but she took us seriously. She helped us buy a cute little house with a huge yard for our dog. We told her we did not want HOAs or rules and she even found us a place where we are allowed to keep a horse. We could not be more grateful. I jokingly said I would build her a shrine but truthfully, for her patience and cheerful disposition, she does deserve one. I love the house she found us but if I ever need to move, she is the only one I will call.‎

We had a great experience working with the O'Byrne team, especially Adriana. She was very helpful, figured out what we were looking for and found plenty of homes for us to choose from. Very knowledgeable, and patient with us. We are very happy with our new house and with the total experience of purchasing a home. Adriana kept us fully aware of what was happening during the escrow process, which wasn't as bad as i had thought it was going to be. I recommend Adriana and the rest of the team to anyone that asks. I moved to San Diego a year ago, looking to buy a condo. I researched a dozen agents, narrowed it down to three to interview, and chose Seth. Smart move. Seth is extrememly competant, professionable, knowledgeble, available, friendly, and kind. I can be a bit high maintenance, and I had a big wish-list and a small budget, and it did not phase him. He found the perfect home for me, at the right price. He did a great job handling the transaction, and I felt he was there for me at every step along the way. I would STRONGLY recommend Seth and his terrific team to anyone.‎

Keke is amazing, after telling her exactly what I wanted, she found it for me so quickly that in a few days I was on my way to owning my first home, a condo by the bay. It was affordable and the best decision I have ever made. BUT that isn't the best part, Keke worked so hard for me, I didn't know ANYTHING about owning and purchasing my first home, she walked me through step by step AT MY PACE and ALWAYS had a smile on her face. She was just as excited as I was and it felt wonderful to have her on my side. I have since met and know the whole O'Byrne Team, and honestly they are so kind, have the most positive attitudes, and they REALLY KNOW REAL ESTATE !!! I am so lucky to know all of them!!!‎
