Seth O'Byrne has spent most of his life dedicating his time to many diverse aspects of real estate; working for urban developers, city planners, residential and commercial brokers, and lenders. Even during his education at the University of San Diego, he worked closely with the Burnham-Moores Real Estate Institute and was awarded with professional scholarships from the Burnham-Moores Foundation and the Building Industry Association of San Diego for his hard work and attention to larger social issues in the world of real estate.Before becoming an agent, Seth ran marketing for top producing Realtors Lisa Blankenship and Dennis DeSouza. He went on to work with the commercial property management company. La Jolla Financial while acting as an investment research analyst for ACI Commercial, San Diego’s largest apartment brokerage.

Seth O’Byrne gained vital residential experience when he worked with the RE/MAX powerhouse, Middleton Team, which ranked 23rd out of 65,000 nation-wide RE/MAX agents with more than 200 transaction sides and $85 million in sales in the first 10 months of 2004.As Seth grew within the team, he was recognized by La Jolla’s regional broker Michael Spinali awarded with a free agent position with their beachside office. Alongside some of San Diego’s finest Realtors® Seth began building the "O'Byrne Team".
Recognized by RE/MAX International; Seth was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2008. The Hall of Fame award is the highest and rarest award given to a Realtor from the largest real estate company in the world. Mr. O'Byrne was asked by RE/MAX president Dave Liniger to speak at a televised Top Producer's summit in Mission Bay that same year. From 2008 to 2009 Mr. O'Byrne enjoyed an unparrelled year of growth spurred by his countywide luxury home sales. In fact, in 2009, the La Jolla Village News readers named Seth the #1 Realtor in La Jolla.
After having managed and trained over 15 realtors on his team, he saw the change coming in the Southern California market and shifted with the times.
In late 2009 Seth took his team to Troop Real Estate. "Joining an independent, family run brokerage after nearly 6 years with the world's largest franchise was certainly a large step." Seth says "Brian Troop welcomed us with open arms though and allowed us to operate and serve our clients in the same manner we had for years."
Short Sales, REOs, investor rehab projects and new construction are all a vital part of the face of the 'Troop Team', however the vast majority of Seth's clients have always been San Diego buyers and sellers.
As we enter 2011, Seth and his team of Realtors approach $150 Million in home sales, an amount of volume and experience less than 1% of all Realtors have achieved nationwide. "It's not about whether our business is doing well, it is about having experience. We want our clients to know we've seen it before, we've been there before and whether their home is $30,000 or $3,000,000 we've sold it before."

Keke Jones has become recognized as an individual with a strong sense for real estate finance and valuation. A native of Hawaii, Javin Hope began her career in the Sports Fitness industry before she transitioned into Sports Management. She found that she was constantly helping traded and newly signed athletes find real estate agents in other states to help them purchase, relocate or with first time home buyers needs.
